WHO SHOULD ATTEND - Grandparents, relatives, friends as caregivers, service providers, and community members. RESOURCE FAIR - Meet with organizations and collaborative partners to learn of available resources. SUPPORT NETWORKS - Connect with other families and individuals to share experiences and needs.
