MARION MURDER - Two men were charged in the murder of a Marion County man this week. Police say the shooting happened Tuesday near Pinch Gut Hollow shortly after midnight. James Vincent, 29, was charged with first-degree murder. Russell Kirk, 36, was charged with accessory to murder. The victim was 32-year-old Luka Grabb of Marion County. According to the criminal complaint, Vincent and Grabb got into a verbal fight. During the fight, Vincent allegedly shot Grabb multiple times, before dumping him on Pinch Gut Hollow Road where he died. According to the Sheriff's Office, more arrests may be made.
