THE NEW NORMAL - Oh,Well

By Bob Weaver It seems to be the new normal, with the WV constitution saying Gov. Jim Justice must live at the capitol. Oh, well, he doesn't. Justice owes millions of dollars in coal and real estate taxes in several states. He says he has paid his WV taxes. Oh, well. Since the devastating 2016 flood struck the Mountain State, with federal money granted for home replacement, the WV National Guard now says 25 homes have been replaced with 424 replacement cases in the system. Oh, well. It's been roughly 90 days since the West Virginia National Guard took over RISE West Virginia.
