LOGAN MURDER — Court records identify the man who was shot to death Thursday in Logan, and a man has been charged with felony murder in the case.

Jared Lee was found by a Logan police officer in the 500 block of Dingess Street and was pronounced dead at Logan Regional Medical Center, according to a criminal complaint filed in Logan County Magistrate Court.

The man accused of shooting Lee, Wallace "CJ" Justice, 25, was arrested early Friday morning by West Virginia State Police, Logan County sheriff's deputies and Logan police.

Wallace was arraigned Friday morning and is currently being held at Southwestern Regional Jail .
