He was born on May 5, 1958 in Calhoun County, WV, a son of the late Glen Golden and Mary Weaver Yoak.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Diane Yoak; four children, Amanda Aleacia, Travis, and Misty; and 13 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on August 11, 2018 at Nobe Chapel Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. interment will be in Nobe Cemetery.
