A jury in Ritchie County has convicted a Jackson County man of charges stemming from a theft investigation in 2016. Mark Lively, 51, of Kenna, Jackson County, was found guilty of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny after a two-day trial. An indictment returned in June 2017 accused Lively and two others in the theft of a Polaris Razor UTV, a trailer and three UTV tires from the parking lot of a business in Harrisville. The Ritchie County prosecuting attorney's office say another man involved in the theft, Michael Arnott, previously pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge. Prosecutors say a third suspect, Pamela Crislip, is currently awaiting trial. |
