PRESS RELEASE Technical education is an exciting option for many adults. It gives one an opportunity to develop and strengthen their academic, critical thinking and decision making skills through application of learned skills in real "hands-on" workplace activities. We invite you to see, hear, and experience first hand why Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center has earned the reputation as one of the finest technical education centers in West Virginia. Adult Applications are being Accepted for the following Career Center Training Programs. Openings available in the morning and afternoon in: Business Education Environmental Technology Openings available only in the morning Hospitality Management/Food Services (National Restaurant Association Curriculum) Cisco/Aries Technology Welding/Metals Technology All openings will be filled on a first come first served basis.
