WIRT MAN'S BODY FOUND ON RAILROAD TRACKS - Foul Play Not Indicated

A CSX railroad worker spotted the body of Carl Wigal, 51, of Elizabeth, Wirt County on the company's tracks in Parkersburg Thursday night.

. Wigal was found at Sixth and Green Streets, according to Lt. Joe Kuhl, a Parkersburg police detective.

Funeral arrangements are being completed at the Busch Funeral Home in Elizabeth.

Wigal's body was located on the train tracks about 50 yards west of Green Street, having apparently been struck by a train.

Police said they do not think foul play is involved.
