ARMED ROBBERY - A Pennsylvania man is arrested after an early morning robbery at Big Dog Cafe on Point Marion Road on Tuesday. Monongalia County deputies say 48-year-old Jerry Pugh showed a black pistol and demanded money from the clerk.

Investigators say Pugh was caught the same day after he was involved in an accident on Canyon Road. When deputies got to the scene of the crash they tell 5 News they found a pistol hidden in the car.

Pugh also had warrants for his arrest out of Green County, Pennsylvania where he was wanted in connection with a different armed robbery.
