BRAXTON MAN FACING SEXUAL MISCONDUCT CHARGES

A Braxton County man has been arrested on multiple counts of sexual misconduct. Zachary James Bailey,27, has been charged with sexual assault 1st degree, a felony, and sexually explicit conduct and attempted sexual abuse 3rd, both misdemeanors. He is being held on $100,000 bond in Central Regional Jail.
