WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Man Shot In Moving Car At 4 AM

CABELL SHOOTING - A shooting victim is in critical condition after the vehicle he was in came under gunfire. Ronald Dale Adams, 22, was reportedly shot in the upper back, according to police. Huntington Police Chief Hank Dial says those who were in the vehicle with Adams say they were driving in the 4200 block of state Route 2 (Ohio River Road) when someone began shooting at the car. Officers recovered the vehicle and found damage from bullets. Investigators say the windows were shot out. It happened just after 4 a.m. Thursday. Police say other passengers in the car drove Adams to St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington. Huntington Police are investigating what happened. Officers are checking for surveillance video in the area. Officers are still trying to determine the motive of the shooting.
