SKAGGS SENTENCED OVER HOME INVASION - Case Against Dylan Little Pending, Roane Court Rejects Orma Woman's Plea

A Newton, Roane County man, Justin Ray Skaggs, 20, plead guilty to the invasion of the Egypt Ridge residence of Mike Maloney in Roane Circuit Court. Skaggs has also been charged with theft in a Mt. Zion, Calhoun incident. Skaggs was sentenced to 6 monthS to 2 years to the Anthony Center and ordered to pay restitution. Charges are still pending against Dylan Little, 26, of Big Springs, related to the same crime. Kimberly Lee, of Jesses Run, Arnoldsburg, was found guilty in Roane Magistrate Court of obtaining services under false pretenses. Roane County Circuit Court rejected a plea agreement with Tammy Lynn Hively, 50, of Orma. She had been charged with DUI resulting in serious injury related to a collision in Spencer. The case has been continued.
