| State Police units responded to the Pond Run community at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday night to what a 911 caller reported to be a hostage situation.
That report indicated that a male was holding one or more juveniles hostage in a household.
A family member indicated a knife might be involved.
When State Police units arrived on the scene, they reported there was no merit to the call.
Pond Run is a short distance off Mud Fork/Stinson Road, a short distance from Rt. 16, Stinson Grocery. |
