TWO FIRE DEPARTMENTS ANSWER BRUSH FIRE CALL

Two fire departments responded to a brush fire call Sunday at 3:30 p.m. on Sassafras Ridge. Firemen were able to put out the fire rather quickly. The Arnoldsburg and Grantsville VFDs answered the call on Sassafras, between US 33-119 and State Rt. 7.
