(06/06/2018)
The Grantsville Lions Club thanks the many players who made this year's Lions Club Wood Festival bingo a success.

The money raised will go toward many worthy causes.

So far this spring, the Club has donated the following to help the Calhoun Community:

Two college scholarship, $1,000; large print material for County Library, $200; Leader Dog program, $100; High School Honors Banquet, $250; sponsored student to Boys State, $250; Boy Scouts $500; Wood Festival, $500; donation to Calhoun Middle/High School History Day team to attend national competition in Baltimore, $250; eye exams and glasses, $1,025.

The Club plays bingo the first Saturday of each month at the Lions Club building, at the corner of River and Simon Streets. Please come out and support the Grantsville Lions Club so it can continue to help the community.
