Francis Arlene Starcher, 95, of Reedy, West Virginia died April 20, 2018 at her home after a long illness. Arlene was born September 22, 1922 in Jackson County, West Virginia a daughter of the late Enos and Alma Atkinson Lovell. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Jimmie Starcher of Reedy; two grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Ross Starcher. There will be a graveside service at 1:00pm Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer, West Virginia. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer is in charge of arrangements. There will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.
