Michael Lynn Lattea, 48, of Glenville

Michael Lynn Lattea, 48, of Lynch Run Road, Glenville, WV departed this life suddenly in the early morning hours of March 27, 2018 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV following a brief illness. Born February 20, 1970 in Lewis County, Michael is the son of the late Lewis and Evelyn Singleton Lattea.

Michael was a graduate of Gilmer County High School, class of 1988. He worked as a laborer in the oil and gas industry and was an avid outdoorsman. In his spare time he enjoyed coon hunting, deer hunting, riding ATV's, and living the quiet life in Gilmer County.

Surviving are 5 siblings, Johnie Lattea of Glenville, Robert Lattea of Mississippi, James C. Lattea of Ohio, Sally Peggs of Sand Fork, and Linda Warner of Tennessee. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Along with his parents, Michael is preceded in death by 1 brother, Lewis A. Lattea Jr and 1 sister, Sandra Kay Pennington.

Michael's wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest privately by his family.
