AVFD RESPOND TO TREE ON POWER LINE - Police Respond To Millstone Inn Fight

The Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a call regarding a tree down on a power line in the vicinity of 2011 Arnoldsburg Road, US 33-119. 911 dispatched the department shortly before midnight Monday to the Liberty Hill area. Traffic was disrupted in the eastbound lane and electric service was disrupted to the area. Efforts were underway to clear the tree and restore power. State Police and the Calhoun Sheriffs Department responded to a fight between two males over a woman in the parking lot of the Millstone Inn, shortly after midnight Monday. Police were unable to locate the subjects when they arrived.
