Time is ticking toward the West Virginia primary election, now less than a month away, and the deadline for voter registration is fast approaching. Anyone who hasn't registered has until Tuesday, April 17, to register to be eligible to participate in the May 8 primary, according to information posted on the West Virginia Secretary of State Office's website.
