TWO CASES CONTINUED CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT - Two Cases Set For Sentencing

Calhoun Circuit Court was in session Tuesday with Judge R. Craig Tatterson presiding. Prosecutor Shannon Jones said trials set for Jeremy Saunders and Cicily Ullum were continued to August 14. Leon Kerby entered a no contest plea to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a Felony. He will be sentenced on May 31. Phillip Knicely entered a guilty plea to Forgery, a Felony, and to Larceny of Bank Notes, a Misdemeanor. He will be sentenced on May 31.
