MAN CHARGED IN MURDER OF WIFE - Randall "Todd" Chapman, 47, has plead not guilty to the murder of his wife. Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies say Chapman is accused of killing Shirlene Chapman. According to a criminal complaint, Chapman told deputies he fell asleep in the evening and woke up to find his wife bleeding and dead on the living room floor. He could not tell deputies the last time he saw his wife alive. Deputies found Shirlene Chapman dead inside the home with a gun near her body. Chapman claimed she shot herself.
