According to United States Attorney Mike Stuart, Kenneth Frederick Stier, 30, from Spencer was sentenced to 20 years of federal supervised release after he completes his prison term.

Stier will also have to pay a fine of $40,000 fine.

He had pled guilty to distributing child pornography in 2017.

He will also have to register as a sex offender.

Stier had two videos of minors engaged in sex acts. They say he also had more than 600 sexually explicit images of children. Steven Lee Rhodes, 39, of Clendenin, pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography.

Prosecutors say Rhodes admitted to having a video of an underage child engaged in sex acts that he received in June 2015. The video was located on a computer at Rhodes' home. He told investigators he had more than 600 sexually explicit images of minors.
