Wilca Lue Ann Stewart, 81, of Reedy

Wilca Lue Ann Stewart, 81, of Reedy, West Virginia passed away March 23, 2018 at Skilled Nursing, in the Roane General Hospital, Spencer, West Virginia.

She was born October 2, 1936, a daughter of the late Guy B. Blosser, Sr., and Lydia Lukens Nutter Blosser of Barnes Run, West Virginia. Wilca previously worked as a part time cook at Reedy Grade School, Kellwood Sweater Factory and retired from Waltons Grocery Store in Reedy. She liked roller skating, bowling, and softball and loved the Cincinnati Reds.

She is survived by two sons, R. Daniel (Judy) Collins of Idaho, and James A. (Ellen) Stewart III of Reedy; four grandchildren, Tawnya (Randy) Randolph, Cody Stewart, Lydia Stewart, and Shauna (Mike) Carpenter; four great-grandchildren, Ian and Corbin Stewart, and Callie and Sadie Randolph; several nieces and nephews; her special friend, Charles "Chuck" Miller; her church family at the Reedy Baptist Church; and many friends.

In addition to her parents, Wilca was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Stewart, Jr.; four brothers, Guy, Jr., Robert, Okey and Wayne Blosser; seven sisters, Vonnie Cline, Bernice Cycyk, Genevieve Carpenter, Maxine Nichols, Marie Bird, Frankie Houchin and Betty Sue Carper.

Service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, with Revs. Bill Stewart and Greg Swisher officiating. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer. Visitation is from 5:00 to 7:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reedy Baptist Church or your local hospice.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Skilled Nursing, Hospice and the many friends that helped to make the last few months enjoyable for Wilca.
