James Robert Shamblin, 60 of Wallback, died Saturday, March 17, 2018, at CAMC-General Division, Charleston, following and extended illness. He was born January 31, 1958 at Clay, a son of the late Eddie A. and Elsie I. Brown Shamblin. Survivors include sisters, Annie Shamblin, Catherine Crawford, Dorothy Shamblin and Susie Shamblin, all of Marlinton; brother, General Shamblin of Wallback. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 20, at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Mark Wood officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore.
