A Parkersburg man, Adam Michael Miller, 26, is in Central Regional Jail following violation of his bail piece.
Miller was on bond waiting sentencing related to the Hardman Fork murder of Lewis Bartlett III, 37, who was shot to death in July, 2016.
Sentencing is set in Calhoun Circuit Court for March 15, according to prosecutor Shannon Johnson.
Miller was initially charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary, kidnapping, obstruction, obstructing an officer and trespassing.
