ROANE MEN INCARCERATED IN CENTRAL REGIONAL JAIL

(L-R) William Hall and Joshua Bowers Two Roane County men had been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. William Roy Hall, 30, was arrested on a capias, having been charged with bringing stolen property into the state and a felony conspiracy. Joshua Alan Bowers, 36, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
