| Jason Duane Edwards, 39, of Elizabeth WV, passed away Friday February 23, 2018, at his residence. He was the son of Teresa and Duane Edwards of Elizabeth, WV. He was a graduate of Wirt County High School, Class of 1996, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Baber Agee United Methodist Church of Charleston, WV. He spent several years as a truck driver.
He is survived by his sons Clayton and Ethan Edwards of Elizabeth, a brother Brandon (Amber) of Elizabeth, a nephew Evan and a niece Everly of Elizabeth, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded by his maternal grandparents Charles "Chuck" and Rheta Lynch, his paternal grandfather Lloyd Edwards and his maternal grandmother Joyce Edwards.
Visitation will be Monday February 26, 2018, from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 11 am at the Matheney-Whited Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Cunningham officiating. Interment will be at New Hope Church, Mayberry. |
