TRANSFORMER EXPLODES ON PINE ST. IN GRANTSVILLE

A electric transformer blew-up and reportedly split the top of a pole at 720 Pine Street in Grantsville. The Grantsville VFD responded to the call at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday to evaluate the incident. The power company was notified.
