Clay County resident Richard Cummings was reportedly arrested this
week in Cleveland, Ohio, with two counts of arson.
Cummings, who was earlier arrested with "Tattoo" Vince Gosolow of Tariff
after the body of Roane resident Judson Reid was discovered near Clay,
has been out on bond after his part in the Roane County incident.
Reports say Cummings tried to burn down his sister's home, according to
the Clay Communicator.
Cummings testified in preliminary hearings related to "Tattoo" Vince
Goslow, who has been charged for Reid's murder. He was expected to be a
witness in another proceeding in Spencer in late January, but he may be
incarcerated.
Court documents indicate Cummings and his girlfriend Sandra Khalaf likely gave
testimony against Gosolow.
Cummings lives in the Ovapa section, known as "Murder Mountain."
