He was born April 14, 1951 at Spencer, a son of the late Brown and Retta Lea Boggs Jarvis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harley and David Jarvis; and a sister, Beverly Jarvis Morrison.

Danny was a retired driller.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Sue Hess Jarvis; stepdaughter, Elizabeth Ann Caudill of Chloe WV; two step granddaughters; five step great grandchildren; two brothers, Howard and Ronzel Jarvis both of Spencer; a sister, Barbara Jarvis Cumston of North Lawrence, Ohio; a special niece and caregiver, Paige Rogers; several additional nieces and nephews.

Burial will be at the Clover Cemetery, Clover at a later date.
