Calhoun residents are asked to join a arnoldsburg School "Walk-In" Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. at the laundromat in Arnoldsburg, along US 33-119.

Calhoun teachers and employees and all state employees are asking for community support.

Organizers say parents will be assisting with the event, which will support lowering PEIA rates and leaving seniority the way it is.

Community members are asked to stay if they'd like, as teachers and staff head into teach.

School staff will be going to work about 7:30 a.m. with no disruption for the school day.

The "Walk-In" will continue after work hours into the evening.
