CALHOUN COURT IN SESSION - Docket Is Slim

Calhoun Circuit Court will continue today with at least seven cases on the docket, mostly juvenile actions. Appearing before Judge Thomas C. Evans at 1 p.m. is Brian Rush on a felony count, a pre-trial hearing. Representing Rush is Jerome Novobilski.

The court will also hear a civil matter, Ullum vs. 84 Lumber at 11 a.m., a joint motion to continue trial. Attorney Troy Giatrias represents Ullum and John Oshoway represents 84 Lumber, according to the docket.

Grand Jury was held Monday morning, no list of indictments available.

During Circuit Court Monday:

Bruce Jett and others vs. Columbia, a pre-trail civil action.

State vs. Jessica Atkinson, probation revocation.

Dorsey vs. Cain, a civil action.
