Saturday afternoon Calhoun 911 broadcast "an end to contractual tour of duty - 10-42" for Richard Burl Postalwait, 78, as he was returned to the earth at Mt. Zion Cemetery, completing over 20 years as a 911 dispatcher for the county. He is the second loss for the center with the sudden death of Calhoun 911-OES Director Kathy Wood last January
