Frank Edward Wise age 57, of Glenville, WV; departed this life suddenly in the early morning hours of Thursday January 11, 2018 at his residence in Glenville. Born May 31, 1960 in Pennsylvania, Frank is the son of the Kenneth Wise of Bradley Gardens, NJ; and the late Ann E. Newell Wise. Frank was a mechanic and truck driver for most of his working life. In his spare time he enjoyed working with firearms, gun collecting, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors. Frank is described by his family as a "Jack of all trades" and "A man who could fix anything". He loved working with his tools and admiring a nice classic car as it drove by. On August 6, 1988 Frank was united in marriage to Kathy Norton Wise, who survives at their Glenville home. Surviving are 4 children, Jason Bard of Manheim, PA; Heather Wise of Washington, NJ; and Kimberly Gibson and Kyle Wise, both of Glenville. Frank is also survived by his brother, Kenneth " Widget" Wise Jr. of Bradley Gardens, NJ; and 9 grandchildren, Noah and Mason Bard of Manheim, PA; Dravin and Caleb Gibson of Glenville, Cameron Wise of New Jersey, and Kian, Hunter, Kierra, and Harley Wise of Grantsville. Frank's request for cremation has been honored and the family will have a Celebration of Life at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV; 26351 at 5:00 PM; Saturday January 20, 2018 with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. Friends will be received from 4-5 PM; Saturday afternoon at the mortuary. Ellyson Mortuary, Inc is assisting the family of Frank Edward Wise with arrangements.
