| No serious injuries were reported after a head-on crash involving a log truck and a vehicle in Braxton County.
The crash was reported at just before 3 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 19 near Fall Mills according to a release. That area is about 10 miles northeast of Flatwoods.
According to the release, when fire crews from Flatwoods Volunteer Fire Department arrived on scene, one person was entrapped in the vehicle, but was able to free themselves from the vehicle.
One person was transported to the hospital by Braxton County EMS.
The road was shut down for a brief period of times while emergency responders worked to clear the scene. |
