Aristotle Butler, Jr., 64 of Orma, Calhoun County, West Virginia, died January 3rd at his home. Born at Orma, September 10, 1938 a son of Aristotle Butler, Sr. and Mary Jane Cottrell Butler. He was a carpenter and farmer. Surviving are three daughters, Vicky, Kelly and Brenda Butler; five sons, Ricky, Robert, Joseph, Kenneth and randy Butler; three brothers, Charlie Butler of Reedy, WV, Thomas Butler, Sr. of State Road, NC and Milton Butler of Crestwell, OR; four sisters, Mae Cooledge of Leroy, NV, Louisa Yearian of Wilmington, DE, Macel Carpenter of Spencer, WV and Nina Conley of Chloe, WV; 19 nieces and 11 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and daughter, four sisters, Lena, Iva and Nora Butler and Flossie French, and brother, Victor Butler. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 6th at 2 p.m. at Orma United Methodist Church, Orma. Reverend David Weaver will officiate. Interment will be in the Orma Cemetery. Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, WV from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
