CHLOE MAN FACING PRISON SENTENCE 1-10

A Chloe man is facing 1-10 years in prison, according to Roane County court officials. Tyler R. Castle, 24, saw his home confinement revoked, after first being sentenced to the Anthony Center. He had been charged with taking a gun from a Smoker Friendly customer, pointing the weapon at the man, then stealing a car and feeling, which resulted in a high speed chase. David Allen Bailey, 31, of Spencer, is facing a 1-10 year prison sentence. Bailey pled guilty to a charge of creating risk of bodily harm or death with his juvenile child, in exchange for dismissal for driving DUI-3rd, fleeing and possession of meth. Sentencing is December 11.
