CALHOUN VOTERS NARROWLY FAVOR $1.8 ROAD BOND - 10% Low Turnout, Bond Winning By 70% Yes Vote

10/7/2017 9 PM - Results from a statewide vote on a $1.6 billion road bond issue are starting to come in. Calhoun had a super-low voter turn-out with 480 votes cast. Calhoun voters favored the bond with 273 votes. Opposing the bond was 207 against. The bond won in the Mountain State by a 70% yes vote.
