35TH ANNUAL HEARTWOOD IN THE HILLS FALL PROGRAM BEGINS SEPT. 11 - Enrollment Now Open For Classes

This fall Heartwood in the Hills is offering three new opportunities for elementary, middle and high school aged boys and girls to enroll in a theatre, dance or visual art class. Enrollment is now being taken for the fall program which runs for 12 consecutive weeks - Monday, Sept. 11 through Saturday, Dec. 9. Saturday, Dec. 9 the performing arts students of the fall program will present a Showcase of Student Work.

New classes this fall are in predance, visual arts and theatre including: Level I Dance Company for beginning dancers. Ages 10 and up. If you would like to give Heartwood's Performing Arts program a try now is the time to enroll. Level I students take two dance classes a week plus rehearsals for the Showcase. Level II is open to dancers with previous experience.

If you are wondering where your dance experience fits in, please call us and we will talk; Young Artists ages 8 to 12. Young artists will explore the elements of design - line, color, shape and composition; Young Artists Theatre Class for ages 8 and up. This is an introduction to the performing arts with study in movement, voice and creative dramatics. There are three requirements for this course - energy, attention and imagination.
