The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources will start accepting applications for school clothing vouchers on Monday.
Families with school-aged children who currently receive assistance for children in foster care should start receiving vouchers by mid-July.
Others may be eligible. The monthly income for a family of four must be below $2,050. Each eligible child will receive a $200 voucher.
Vouchers must be used by Oct. 31.
