CHLOE WOMAN ARRESTED FOR ATM FRAUD

A Chloe woman has been charged with fraud using a debit card, according to Roane Sheriff Todd Cole. Twila S. Cross, 40, of Pond Run, allegedly used a card belonging to her boyfriend's mother. She is facing three felony charges of fraudulent use of an electronic device. The complaint says Cross took a woman to pick-up prescriptions at Walmart in January, with store cameras showing Cross making transactions at an ATM machine. Cross was arrested and taken to Central Regional Jail. She returned to magistrate court to waive the case to Roane Circuit Court.
