CALHOUN SCHOOLS BEGIN SEARCH FOR NEW SUPER

5/11/2017 - Calhoun Schools voted this week to pursue a full blown search for a county school superintendent, following the resignation of Tim Woodward. Roane County schools is searching to hire a new super. The current superintendent of Gilmer County schools has been selected to be the new superintendent of schools in Randolph County. It was announced Tuesday night in a special meeting that Gabriel Devono will start in his position in Randolph County July first. He says his contract ends in Gilmer County the day before that. Gilmer Schools are looking for a replacement.
