CHARGES DROPPED AGAINST CALHOUN MAN CHARGED WITH STRANGULATION, DOMESTIC BATTERY

UPDATE 4-27-2017 - All charges related to domestic battery have been dropped against Zachary Earl Freshour, 24, in Calhoun Magistrate Court, Lora Davis. Prosecutor Shannon Johnson dropped the charges because the victim failed to testify. 4-14-2017 - Calhoun authorities arrested Zachary Earl Freshour, 23, was taken to Central Regional Jail Thursday. Freshour has been charged with strangulation and domestic battery. Bond had not been set Thursday night.
