CRUMMIES CREEK MAN ALLEGEDLY BRANDISHES GUN - Two Car Collision On Rt. 16, Chloe

State Police responded to a brandishing with a deadly weapon call on Crummies Creek about 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Cpl. Jeff Hunt went to an area described as a cemetery, where the man, identified as Justin McKinney, was allegedly threatening another man with a gun. No one was taken into custody. Also Sunday afternoon, the Upper West Fork VFD and emergency responders were dispatched to a two vehicle collision on Rt. 16 near the intersection of Walker Road. One of three individuals was taken to Roane General Hospital. The vehicles were heavily damaged.
