DRIVER ESCAPES INJURY IN US 33-119 VEHICLE ROLL-OVER - Authorities Respond To Upper Big Run Missing Person

A driver lost control of his vehicle on US 33-119 east of Sand Ridge (Bear Fork) Friday evening, striking an electric pole and nearly downing a power lane. The vehicle landed on its side. The driver was not injured. Trooper Jeff Hunt investigated the incident, with the Arnoldsburg VFD responding to the scene to control traffic. The Upper West Fork VFD and authorities responded to a lost person call on Upper Big Run Friday night, with the person being discovered early on.
