CALHOUN HIGH'S MAKAYLA SMITH HITS 1000

Calhoun High student basketball player Makayla Smith, the daughter of Randal and Kandas Smith, scored her 1,000th against Wood County Christian on January 17. As a freshman she was third team in the All-LKC and her sophomore year she was on the 2nd team All-LKC in addition to honorable mention All- State. Fitzwater said Makayla was a third team All-State player last season along with first team All-LKC as a junior.
