KING ARRESTED AFTER BLOODY DOMESTIC ASSAULT

(01/14/2017)
Spencer Newspapers are reporting that two children, ages 11 and 9, fled their home after Andrew "AJ" King, 29, whose current address is Liverpool Rd., Leroy, went into drunken rage with their mother Amber Scott.

King was arrested by the WV State Police and charged with two counts of domestic assault and child neglect creating the risk of injury, in addition to multiple other charges.

Four officers responded to the affray, and in a criminal complaint, said they found the residence covered in blood, with King's girlfriend suffering bruises.

While the woman claimed King had not hit her, the children contradicted that claim.

The children sought refuge at their grandparent's house, claiming that King had tried to block their escape.

State Police said after King was placed in a cruiser, he continued to try and injure himself with head banging.

King was arraigned and released on $77,500 bond.
