A Glenville man, Dennis McKay, 31, formerly of Calhoun (see left) was arrested Monday after allegedly urinating into a storm drain in front of a school bus and claiming his mother had been murdered on Rowels Run in Calhoun.

McKay was urinating into a storm drain in front of Minnich Florist at approximately 3:45 p.m., while multiple school buses passed by, according to the Glenville Police Department.

Police said McKay said he was doing so because he wasn't going to use a toilet anymore.

At that time, McKay was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and displaying pornographic material to a minor.

While en route to the Central Regional Jail, McKay told police that his mother in Calhoun County was "rotting and stinking up the house." When police asked what McKay meant, he told police his mother had been murdered and cut into several pieces.

West Virginia State Police responded to McKay's mother's residence and found her alive and well inside the home, saying that you can't believe anything her son says.

McKay was additionally charged with false reporting of an emergency incident.

McKay is in the Central Regional Jail, in lieu of $20,000 bond.
