Calhoun Republicans overwhelming support Donald Trump for president with 480 votes with the second highest being Ted Cruz with 32.

Bernie Sanders was by far the largest winner with 803 votes with Hilary Clinton's 312.

In the governors race, Democrat coal billionaire Jim Justice won with 757 votes.

Booth Goodwin received 380 and Jeff Kessler 305.

Natalie Tennnt crushed Patsy Trecost 1,128 votes to 280 votes for Secretary of State, Democrats.

Democrat Mary Ann Cator was the winner for audior with 523 votes.

Democrat Robert "Robin" Wilson Jr. for 2nd Congressional was winner with 596 votes over four opponents.

Supreme County Justice candidate Beth Walker was the winner in Calhoun with 644 votes.

Circuit Judge Candidate Larry Whited led his opponents in the county with 1,264, followed by Anita Ashley with 622. The winner for the position had not been determined.

Democrat David Walker and Republican Roger Hanshaw were both unopposed in the House of Delegates race.
