A new weather link has been added in the Hur Herald headings for Fitzweather, a weather service provided by Joseph Fitzwater of Clay, which focuses on local and regional weather.

Fitzweather was founded during the summer of 2011, with Fitzwater now graduating from Marshall University and seeking a career in forecasting.

Fitzwater while a high school student determined that many of the rural areas of West Virginia receive very little in the way of attention with regards to weather.

Fitzweather's core ideas have been to provide central West Virginia with the most accurate forecasts, weather information, and data, which includes the counties of Clay, Roane, eastern Kanawha, Calhoun, Gilmer, and Braxton Counties.
